For over 12 years, I wrote code for large corporations.
Good projects, serious organisations, solid pay. But over time, something kept bothering me: I never saw the person my work actually helped. The systems I built fed into other systems — not into the hands of real people with real problems to solve.
I wanted something different. I wanted to sit across from a business owner losing 6 hours a week to manual, repetitive work — and watch that loss disappear. I wanted to own a project end to end: from understanding the problem, through the strategy, to the final implementation.
So I started my own practice.
What I do now
I implement AI and operational process automation for small and mid-sized businesses. I work with owners and managers who know exactly where their team is losing time — but don't realise it can be fixed quickly, without overhauling the systems they already use.
Every engagement starts with a conversation, not a proposal. Because 12 years in IT taught me one thing: the most expensive mistake in automation is automating the wrong process.
Why a personal brand, not an agency
I build under my own name because I believe clients deserve to know who they're talking to and who is responsible for their project. At this stage, that's me — not a team in the background, not a chain of subcontractors.
As the practice grows, so will the transparency: you'll always know who is working on your process and why.
If you'd like to talk about what could be automated in your business — get in touch. The first conversation is free and comes with no obligations.
